Change work is available for people experiencing specific problems such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, panic attacks, fear of public speaking, addiction, burn out, lack of confidence, stress, trauma, lack of direction, loss, challenges in relationships, identity, health, wellbeing and more. Different from talking therapy, NLP will give you strategies to change how you may have been feeling and experiencing the world.

How it works:
Individual sessions can take place at your home, work or at a private location in London.
Sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours and the length will be agreed beforehand. The number of sessions is reviewed and based on what you feel you would like to change. One session could be enough to provide you with the tools you need.
