I am an executive coach, systemic facilitator, trainer and keynote speaker. I have over 10 years experience supporting people to listen deeply to themselves so they can move into authentic action. With a calm and experiential approach, I am also direct and practical. This brings a loving and playful energy to my practice.
As a lifelong learner my approach is reflective of the different methodologies I've trained in, as well as the clients I work with, from C-Suite Leadership Teams across global industries to people experiencing homelessness in YMCA's. As a mum of two, my journey of matrescence and of course my children, continuously provide me with growth experiences which I love to bring to my work.
I share a systemic awareness with my clients, using the principles of constellations work, as well as a focus on behaviour change. My coaching practice is centred on the now and the body, as a way to acknowledge what is, what has been, and then move forwards.
I have completed my systemic training with Coaching Constellations, am a certified Generative Change Coach and qualified NLP Master Practitioner. I bring my personal experience as well as academic and practical training into my practice.
Before starting my coaching practice I ran rehabilitation programmes in prisons across the UK, as well as delivering an award-winning wellbeing programme for LEON restaurants.
