I bring a systemic awareness when working with groups, using the principles of constellations work, as well as a focus on behaviour change. I often work with teams who are undergoing transition or challenge, feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forwards. I usually explore themes of team cohesion, performance, values and conscious leadership as well as more personal explorations of self-care, motivation, belief-change.
When working with groups I blend my facilitation skills as a systemic coach with training exercises so people have a lived, felt understanding of the topics we are exploring, and leave each session with specific and tangible tools or steps to better.
I am an experienced keynote speaker and also talk on these topics.
Systemic Facilitation
Systemic facilitation is a deeply resourcing way to support teams who are experiencing a particular challenge. I hold a systemic process for the team, based on the philosophy and principles of coaching constellations, to support people to find their place, express themselves and restore ease and flow into the system.
Through a series of ‘mapping’ exercises, the team are invited to ‘step’ into their truth, creating physical representations of their experience. This dynamic process gives the team a lived, felt sense of the issue we are exploring. It reveals valuable insights and hidden dynamics, making the invisible visible, and supporting the individual and the team to build awareness, connect and discover resources. Each session is entirely unique as we work with what is surfacing from the system in the moment. As we move to a ‘step to better’ people are left with specific and tangible actions that they can take to benefit the health of the whole system.
I combine systemic facilitation with my skills as a trainer to ensure this experiential learning is embedded and there is space and structure for everyone to share, reflect and learn together.
